From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, and even the chef who took the time to ask how our day was, every single person was unbelievably accommodating, warm, and professional. The chef even came out to apologize they were out of cinnamon rolls. The level of hospitality was truly first-class. Very nice staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

We recently had the opportunity to work an event in the convention space as a vendor and decided to stay at the hotel for two nights instead of making the drive back and forth and it was the right decision. From the planning stages through the end of the event, Natasha was incredible to work with. She was responsive, organized, and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed. She truly went above and beyond to ensure the event ran smoothly, and it showed. The hotel staff working the event including Josh was just as amazing. Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and the hotel is centrally located to numerous restaurants and shopping options. Jhoy at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Honestly, every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely seemed to care about making both our stay and our work experience a success. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing us to recharge after long event days. As vendors who work at many venues throughout the year, we can honestly say the level of hospitality here really stood out. We look forward to returning for future events and highly recommend both the hotel and its convention

So I gave it a 4 because it’s not a luxury hotel HOWEVER I had a fabulous stay there! Room was SUPER CLEAN. Nicely furnished and bed was super comfortable! All staff was friendly and super accommodating!!! One woman even hand delivered water in my room less than 5 mins after I asked about restocking. Room service was quick & pretty good. The pool area was great and I was provided with fresh towels & housekeeping daily! CANNOT wait to go back. And it was so affordable!!!!

TL;DR I'll keep it simple: the staff here is what makes the hotel. Doing more and offering excellent customer service even when the product you're selling may or may not be top shelf. This property is about as middle of the road as it comes for a U.S. hotel. Suburban location serving the masses and not the million-miler types that expect executive lounges, dedicated check-in areas, etc. It's a place to sleep when you're away from home. I suspect it has always catered to the leisure market given its location as it's in an outlying suburban area near Williams-Gateway airport and shopping. Rooms are spacious and newly-renovated (at least mine was). Basic amenities included like refrigerator that actually refrigerated and a microwave that actually microwaved. But where this place really shines is the staff. A huge shout out to David at the front desk. I can't recall a hotel in the U.S. where a front-facing agent was TRULY and purposefully engaged with me. And not in a patronizing or artificial way. His exemplary thoughtfulness and demeanor is to be commended. His other late evening colleagues were just as friendly (can't recall names).
